How do I place a custom order?

Can I personalize an item?
Yes — custom color schemes, fabric choices, and size changes are possible. Let's talk about what you need!
How long does it take to make a custom order?
Typically 1–2 weeks depending on the design and my current workload.
Where do you ship from?
All items are handmade and shipped from Westford, MA.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — if you're nearby, choose local pickup at checkout or message me to coordinate.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, I ship within the U.S., but feel free to reach out for special requests.
What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Custom pieces are final sale unless there's a quality issue. If there's a problem, contact me — I want you to love your purchase!
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email me with photos right away. I'll do everything I can to make it right.
Can I see your products in person before buying?

Can I order online and pick up at an event?
